How to add a 4th level to a prestige mega menu?

Hi, i cant put a 4th level in prestige mega menu, is there a way? i cant put it in the normal menu either.

Hi, thank you for your kind answer, already read it, i did it as the article says, but i cant add a 4th nested menu. Any suggestions?

Shopify only supports menus up to 3 levels, so you can’t add menus at 4th level.
Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/menus-and-links/drop-down-menus , “The top-level item can have up to two levels of nested drop-down menus”.
