Would be so interesting if Shopfy add the ability to add a Collapsible Row with diferent text on especific product.
You can already do that based on metafields, or am I missing the point? You link the content of collapsible to a product metafield, and then edit the metafield for each product, and the collapsible row will display accordingly. For example, you can do that for size, material or caring instructions.

It sounds like you may be referring to adding metafields to specific products. Depending on what theme you’re currently using, you can choose how to display metafields on your online store through the theme editor.
Metafields allow you to display specific product information such as:
- part numbers
- colour swatches
- launch dates
- related products
- blog post summaries
- files for download
- lists of ingredients
Metafields can be added to your products, collections, customers, orders, and other areas of your store. It can be added through your Shopify admin > Settings > Metafield section, within your theme editor or by using an app from the Shopify App Store.

You can create a new product template for your specific product so you can add a collapsible row with different texts.
This is something done at the theme level, little to do with shopify itself aside from some type of CMS conveniences.
Not all themes will have all features for all situations.
Some themes like Dawn ,and themes based on dawn, have a “collapsible row” section that does this already and can have info per product using dynamic sources.
If it isn’t just the same dynamic sources but completely different metafields between sets of products then use alternate templates.
