Today in my store (checkout page) we have one email input box, sometimes customers make a mistake when adding their emails .. we need another email input to “confirm” email address .. if two boxes are same then customer can continue to the next page (shipping).
Is there a settings was to enable second email box ? or it has to be code change ? if so how ?
You really don’t want to do that. Most customers won’t make a mistake when entering an email so it would give more work for the majority of your customers to do.
You should aim for less fields - not more. The more steps it takes to complete a checkout the lower conversion rates will be.
If you have access to the Plus plan you’d have some control over the checkout to do this, but still wouldn’t be something I’d recommend.
