How to add a custom product variant order note

So im trying to add like a custom produt variant order bar field on my product page, like im trying to sell a customized product that requires a text that customer has to type in the field. As the picture i show below you can see whati want to create

You can easily include a custom text field on your product page without any coding using the free Easify Product Options app. Here’s a quick guide :

• Install the app and set up a new option set.
• Add a Text Box (for short text) or Text Area (for long text) and customize it (label, required status, text length, help text, tooltip).

• Choose the product(s) to which you want to add the text field, and you’re done.
