Adding a donation option like this to the cart page will likely require the use of an app. It would also be possible to do this by editing your theme code. You can find a list of some popular donation apps below. You can also find a list donation apps here if you want to see more.
If you’d prefer to do this through custom coding instead of an app, and you’re not comfortable coding on your own, I’d recommend hiring a Shopify expert to assist you. Shopify experts are trusted, third-party agencies and freelancers who offer services for Shopify merchants. You can hire a Shopify expert on this page and you can learn more about them here.
Another option you can try is to customize your cart page using the available sections and blocks in your theme editor. Prestige is a third party theme so I don’t have as much information on the sections available or the features built into the theme, but since it’s an Online Store 2.0 theme you should be able to customize it further. For example, you may be able to create a product called “Donation” and have the variants for that product be different donation amounts. Then you could connect that product to a Featured product section on your cart page. This would allow customers to add the product (in this case, the product is a donation) to the cart directly on the cart page.
