Hi, I have a theme for my store that was paid for but it doesn’t give me the option to have just a single featured product on display on my home page along with product description etc.
is there some coding that can add to my theme to add this feature?

Would you be able to let us know what theme you are using? The featured product section is a pretty standard section for a theme to have. It’s possible that your theme is designed to use a different type of section for this option or your theme file may be incomplete.
I would also recommend touching base with the theme developers to learn more about the theme and confirm that the section you are looking for is not available. As each theme is unique in it’s formatting, there is no one way to just plug and play the code for that type of section into the theme file. It would require a developer to assist you in formatting the theme with that section or potentially the original theme developer(s).
