How to add a final sale disclaimer at checkout?

Hello,

I want to add a final sale disclaimer when customers checkout saying something like “All sale items final and non-returnable”. Or maybe even a box they have to click to confirm this.

To achieve this, I recommend looking into the addition of a terms and conditions box on the cart page. This will require customers to agree to the shops terms before proceeding to the checkout.
