How to add a 'Follow Us' section in the Debut theme footer?

I’m using the debut theme and I want to add a ‘Follow Us’ section to my footer with my social media icons grouped together so they are more visible for customers to see, resulting in more people clicking our social media links.

Here is an example of what I want the layout to look like:

Can someone please kindly reply with the code I will need to paste into to get a similar result?
