In the origin theme, a search tool, login button, and shopping cart button are present. In my navigation tools I have added the nested menu buttons - BUT they aren’t visible on my homepages header? Why? how to fix?

I have the same problem, where do I send my login information? And why isn’t this basic feature not a given for a theme? Isn’t it kind of basic to show a menu on a site?
