How to add a new bank account and verify identity?

I am having issues with verifying my old bank account although I put out the correct information. Is there a number to call to verify my identity?

If you are still getting an error, it may be worth contacting your bank to verify these details. If you have already done so, and are still getting an error, we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.

Thank you Luna for the assistance. I have followed all the steps you mentioned so far, a few times. But still there is an error. The problem may be that I no longer have that old savings account. Is there a way to editing with the new account since I no longer have that account number?

It certainly is possible. You will just need to submit a request through the Help Center so that we can first authenticate your account to proceed. They will be more than happy to help with this.

HI Luna I am not sure what command to follow after I log in to my account from help center. What are the step please?. I do not see an option for my case.

I’m happy to help! Once you log in to the Help Center you can ‘Ask about a topic’ (for example: ‘bank account update’), scroll down to ‘Get support’, click Continue, and you will see the option to contact our support team using your preferred method. For example: click here.
