How to add a picture at the end of the Shopify online store and make it freeze

Hi, I need to have a picture or a banner to be shown the the bottom of the monitor when viewers are on my online store. I don’t know how to call it but it’s like a excel first line freezed so no matter how the viewer scroll, the image/ banner will always stay at the bottom of the monitor.
