How to add a Premier Delivery Option in Shopify?

As well as the standard delivery options:

  1. Standard delivery (3-5 working days)

  2. Next or Named Day delivery

We wanted to add an option of a ‘Premier Delivery’ where a customer would pay a certain amount for 12 months of delivery paid for. The ideal solution is this to be added at an account level and I was wondering if anyone has been able to achieve this? Or if anyone offers this ‘Premier Delivery’, how have you set it up please?

If I was to set this up, I likely would use a membership app like https://apps.shopify.com/inveterate. I would charge upfront for the 12 months and then offer free Premier Delivery to those who have signed up for the membership. You could then handle other shipping normally.
