How to add a service scheduling feature and personalized notes on Shopify?

I’ve been on Etsy 5 years and now I want my own site. I just joined Shopify!

  1. when I add a service (coaching) how do I make it so they can schedule a time and put their phone number in for me to call them at that time? Do I just list it as a normal product?

  2. How do I have a spot In the checkout for customers to leave their personalized notes?
