To add this feature, I first need to know which theme you are using.
If you’re using a Shopify-specific theme like Dawn, Prestige, Crave, etc., you can use the pop-up section in the customizer.
Here’s how you can do it:
Create a Page:
Go to your Shopify admin.
Navigate to Online Store > Pages.
Click on Add page.
Create a new page and add the photo of your size chart there.
Save the page.
Add the Page to the Pop-up:
Go to Online Store > Themes.
Find your active theme and click on Customize.
Look for the Pop-up section in the customizer.
Add the newly created size chart page to the pop-up.
If you are using Some other theme, we will have to see for that features

Yeah, We can use pop-up for size guide, I have used it earlier, it works fine looks good
Or get the other one build for your store
ws is literally done, can’t use other build =(

we can add page in that also
Add a new page add size guide image in that and

I am not sure why @Dawood_Mirza_1 solution does not work.
Creating a size chart page
From your Admin page, go to Online Store > Pages > Add Page
You can have your own title
Add the Size chart image at the Content area
Save
Adding the Size Chart in product
From your Admin page, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize code
Go to your Product template. Change Home page on top to Products > Default products
Under Product information, add a block named Pop-up link text
Change the text to Size chart
Add the page that you have an image of the sizes
Save
