How to add a slider to feature collection on home page

I am using Combine theme and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of solutions with this specific theme.

Looking to add a slider to my New Arrivals featured collection on my home page. and in addition have the mobile version display 3 across like the desktop does. I don’t want any bulky or obnoxious sliders dots at bottom okay.
