How to add a Speed navigation for mobile only

Hi, i want to add another navigation which is for mobile only. I want it to be like the attached picture. So basically a small navigation with all Collections under the main header, for mobile users only.

Does someone know how to do it??

To make the function like that, you need to add some custom code.
If you don’t know the code, I think you should hire an expert, they can support for you.
