How to add a subtitle for each product in the Product Grid - Expanse Theme

Hi all!

I am wondering if it’s possible, and if so, how, I can add product subtitles to each product in my product grid (so not on the product page itself necessarily). I attached a screenshot of my product grid and marked a yellow line, to demonstrate where I would like my subtitle to show up.

So my idea is, as I sell wines, I want to add a wine region under the name of the wine. So in my screenshot example I am showing 2 wines from California, so I would like to add for example ‘North Coast, California’ as a subtitle under the title of the product.

Any of you know how?

Need to add meta fields either by custom coding or using app

Thanks! However, I am not very good at doing this. Any apps that do this that you can recommend?
