How to add a variant picker block?

I use the flow theme.
I have only an options picker block, but not a variant picker block.
I have a few variants to my products so I want to add a variant picker block.
How do I do it? Do I need to use code?

This is Amelia at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

Can you create a Liquid block in custom code to make it a Variant Picker like the Dawn theme because themes are built differently and there will be Sections that this theme has and other themes don’t have.
