@PetitFox Beyond just changing the cart title wording in the translation settings to have a message.
When a theme doesn’t have custom blocks in certain areas it’s an advanced theme customization beyond the scope of the forums.
At minimum to DIY just search first it’s a literal rule.
Easiest is just go find an app.
At medium show the effort you’ve put in so far.

It seems you want to build the Free Shipping Bar feature. To create this feature, you’ll need to add some custom code. I see that the video provides a detailed guide on how to add the code. You just need to follow the documentation and copy–paste the code into your Dawn theme.

You can technically code this manually in your Dawn theme by editing the cart Liquid files and adding custom logic, but it requires dev work to get right and can break with theme updates.
The easier route is using a free gift app that includes a cart progress bar; this is quite a common setup.
