I want to add “add to cart” options under my featured products carousel, that’s on the cart page. However, I only want this to affect the featured collection in the cart page. I don’t want that option in my homepage featured collections.
Maybe custom css code would help?

I see you haven’t added atc buttons under any products on any page. Don’t see that often.
As for your requirement this will need more than just css, will need some liquid as well. But if you add the atc buttons under the product we can write a code that will hide the atc buttons on all the pages except the cart page. This will just make the code easier otherwise will need to write some extra code
