There is some custom options on product detail page which have different price too. I want to add some that additional cost from product detail page to cart total.
Ex:
Product cost :: $10
Customer select some custom options on detail page whose cost approx :: $30
So when customer click on add to cart button from detail page the product is added in cart and the amount in cart should be added $40. and cart subtotal is also updated. How can I acheive this. I am stuck here. Please Help.

It sounds like what you’re looking for is a Product Customizer app that will enable you to add a quantifier to your extra options.
The top 3 in this list are all excellent options, primarily BOLD Apps Product Options. You can designate an add-on price, handling fee, options like gift-wrap and rush orders and many more options. The app allows for customizability as well so you can designate your options to appear as drop-down, radio buttons, checkboxes etc.
My recommendation is to download the free trials and play around to see which one is best suited to your business needs. Just be sure to delete any apps that you don’t intend to use prior to the end of the trial time to avoid incurring any additional costs.
What are some of the options you specifically need to have? Can you tell me a little more about your business?

have you find the answer? i also have a problem about this to using mandatory product fee app and it only calculate on checkout page, but not in the cart page..

Just to clarify, you’re hoping for a way to add an additional fee to your product, and you want it to show a value in the cart, not just on the checkout page - does that sound right?
There are several product option apps that can enable you to do this. In addition to the suggestions above, I have recently tested out Avis Product Options, which allows you to set up conditional logic so in the event that one of your product options includes an additional fee, this will appear in both cart and checkout.
The app is also free to use and has very responsive customer service.
