How To Add additional Text On Collection Pages Below/After Products? (Dawn Theme)

Hi all!

I am using the Dawn-Theme and I’d love to add custom text at the bottom of each collection page. The text needs to be different on each page. The description text of the category should remain on top anyway (so in the result I would like to have the category text at the top, then the products and at the bottom another individual text). Any ideas how I code this?
