How to add an automatic discount pop-up for newsletter sign-ups?

Hi

Can I add a pop up to our website to unlock a 10% discount (automatically) once viewers have signed up to the newsletter? I have

seen some apps that do it but they do not add the email list to the shopify list and they add it to third party apps like mailchimp ets. I need the discount automatically activated for them

and their email added to my shopify email list. Any solutions?
