How To Add an Empty Cart button to the Dawn Theme 2.0

Trying to add a How “Empty Cart” button to the Dawn Theme 2.0 cart page but the current instructions do not work for the Dawn 2.0 theme.

You can add this button in cart.liquid file.

use this code but after add this need to do some css design changes

Thanks. Problem is the Dawn Theme does not have a cart.liquid file.
