How to add an image banner within the product grid

Hi, I need a way to add an image banner within the product grid

Something like this

Is there a free app or a simple way to do it without editing the code, as such editions allways lead to complications when there is an update in the theme…

How I will do it,

-– I’ll create a separate section/block for it (ie featured block)
— Everything Dynamic (title, description, button-text, button-link, background and color)

-– You can chose which page (collection) you want to add

-- Where you want to insert? (ie after 3 products, option to hide/show on mobile)
– You can have control on the section weather you want to enable or disable it
