How to add an image to a 404 page correctly?

Hey guys,

I’m trying to add an image to my 404 page, but it’s not displaying anything, does anybody know what i maybe doing wrong?

Your quotations are weird in your src, this just happened to another user the other day. Sometimes this will happen if you copy form a word document of some kind. Just delete the quotes in your src attribute and replace them.
