How to add an Instagram link to the Minimal theme?

Hello all,

How do I add an Instagram icon/link to my “Minimal” theme? I found the coding section I need to edit, but I don’t understand what I need to do. I tried to put the link right after “href=”, but that doesn’t work. See below. Thanks in advance!!

    You just need to add the link, it will display fine.
