How to add billing address below shipping address at checkout - Refresh theme

Hi,

At checkout I would like to add separate billing address form below the shipping address form.

How can I do that? My product is set to physical product already.

@Bogi2 Go to Settings > Checkout > Under Order Processing tab > Untick Use the shipping address as the billing address by default and Save!

I have done it already, but it still doesnt work!
