Usually in theme customization, there’s an option of Social Icons and in there you can add your link the icons will display automatically. But in your case, the option of Apple and Google play store icon might not be there because Refresh theme doesn’t supports it by default so we will have to make some code changes in your theme files first and manually code the option to add these two clickable icons.

Like I mentioned, since it will require complex code changes in your theme files so if you’re not familiar with coding then I would highly recommend you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out with that.
