HOW TO ADD: Clickable Scroll To Bottom Button ?

Hi friends.

Currently, on my store, I have a click that scrolls down in a form of stars ( Reviews ).

I would like to edit that to generate a button that has stars within it and text: “See all reviews”

Something like this - Pardon the pro paint skills :wink:
