How to add collapsible rows in footer and add Icons as links on Rise theme?

I want to know how to add collapsible rows in my footer for it to appear like that on both mobile and Desktop and also want to know how to create icons with links for my websites It’s the Rise theme Can’t share password code sadly but would be glad to paste in here any Liquids you may need to help

My website is the blue one And The other is the inspiration
