How to add country code in phone field during checkout

Hello,

how can i add the country code in the phone field/ like (971)XXX

because i have spammers using home or office line and emails that dont exist.

i want to let them add amobile number instead .

This is Noah from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App

It is not possible to add a country code to the checkout phone field,however, you can modify the text that displays on the field by following the steps below here:

Step 1: to your online store admin, click on Theme, then under “action”, click on edit language.
Step 2: You can modify this under “Checkout & System”.

You can add a message there, instead of “phone”, it could be “Phone number (add your country code)”.
