Since I am being charged a percentage for customers to use debit or credit how and where do I add that percentage so it charges them

If you want to incorporate the fees you pay to process orders and pass that on to the customer, you would do so by baking the cost into your product prices. For example, if you are paying a 2% fee. You can take your current product prices and add 2 percent to the cost.
