How to add Custom Data Field with Hyper Link Text on Footer

Hello Community Members, hope you all are doing well.

So, today I was on “Popular Brand Storefront” and found this interesting section called popular Section but the thing is it was between then Footer items and dynamically changes as the collection page changes but remains same for all products from a particular collection.

I am able to make a section whose data changes dynamically but neither it is clickable/hyperlink nor between the footer items.

Also check out the filter of “Popular Brand Storefront” on the sidebar like a list with names and everything is that also possible on Shopify??

For Reference I’m using Stiletto theme on my Storefront HolyGrails.

Yes kind of categories and any other random text with hyperlinks.
