You can do that from Online store > Themes > Actions > Edit code > Sections > image-with-text.liquid file but please note that custom HTML will appear for all image with text section.

To best suit your use case, I will suggest 2 options:

If you need to insert some code to the page, the code is for app integration, or for styling. It is best practice to insert the code in the header or body of the page. You can use this good app https://apps.shopify.com/insert-code-to-header-and-footer

If you want to modify the block code, you can go to Themes > Edit code, find the block file and edit code from there. The downside is, all the blocks of that type will be modified.

Hi @Anandkerai Thre are two things, first, go to your theme editor, and in the sections folder find the file image-with-text.liquid and share its code.
The second one is how and where on the section you want to display that code.
Image with text has two columns one with image and another one with text. Most probably you want to show something under the text column.
If you are using dawn them then here is the guide for that. I have updated the code in the following file. open up that file and copy the code to your existing image-with-text.liquid file. Save it and then go to the customizer refresh it and you will see a new block there.
