Hi, Do you know how yo add custom options on product like, Adding Personalised message Form, Delivery Date Form etc.

Depending on your needs, you can use line item properties. These are minimum additional information and they can’t be charged for (like a personalized message form). They’re free and require just a bit of coding to add.

If you need more complex fields you will need an app. I’m afraid that it won’t be possible to achieve that with theme coding.
