I’m currently working on enhancing my product pages by adding custom video thumbnails. Right now, Shopify auto-generates a thumbnail for videos on product pages, but I’d like to have control over the thumbnail image to make the page look more branded and appealing.
Is there a way to replace the auto-generated video thumbnail with a custom image? Ideally, I’d like to add an image of my choice as the thumbnail before the video plays. If anyone has experience with this or knows of any workarounds, I’d really appreciate your guidance! read more
