How to add customer questions during product purchase?

Hello,

I am looking to add questions for a customer to answer when they are purchasing a product. Our products are birthday party reservation time slots so I need to know their estimated head count and provide a checkbox for add on options.

How would you suggest we proceed?

Hey Nicole,

So I know two solutions you can use:

  1. Add properties to the product page so those questions are required to be answered.

  2. After checkout on the order completion page provides a link to a form they can file out or send an email in confirmation with the link form.
