I’m working on a custom testimonial section on my Shopify store (using the Dawn theme) and have created a multi-column layout to display customer testimonials. Each testimonial has the following custom fields:

Location

Testimonial Content
I’m currently able to display 3 testimonials side by side using blocks, but I want to add 7–8 testimonials in total and enable horizontal scrolling so users can swipe or scroll through them — ideally like a smooth carousel or slider without needing a third-party app.
Here’s what I’m looking to achieve:

Horizontally scrollable layout (on both desktop and mobile)

Cards should be swipeable on touch devices

Built using CSS and Liquid (without slider libraries if possible)
Has anyone implemented a horizontal scroll container like this in a section?
Would love any guidance or code snippets to help with the layout or best practices for performance.
