How to add latest 4 blog posts to homepage, Minimal theme

Hello,

I have Minimal theme on my website here https://artmexico.co.uk/ and I would like to add the latest 4 blog posts to the homepage - like they have done on this website here https://fanbrilliance.com/ - with: a title saying Latest News, the image for each blog, the title for each blog and the excerpt for each blog.

Please help. I am a super beginner but did make my whole website so far, so please give me clear instruction if possible, I can do basic code changes haha.

Sorry and I would also like the date each blog was written too please. Just like they have it really.

Please follow these steps below:

Go to Customize > Sections > Add section > Blog posts.

After that, you just need to install everything according to the instructions,
