How to add Liter (water quantity) when adding a product?

Hi,

When I am adding products there is a section called Shipping where the weight of the item needs to be entered.
But I don’t see an option to enter quantity if the item is water or oil.

If it is water or oil I need to enter how many liter it is (1 liter of oil or 2 liter of oil).
How do I enter the liter?

I need this to be displayed on the shop front end so that the customer can choose the right amount.
