HOW TO ADD MORE SHIPPING PROVIDERS

I am a Canadian small business using the “Shopify” second level plan and would like to add more shipping options as Canada Post is on strike.

Currently when I select create a shipping label only options for Canada Post appear. How can I add UPS (or any other provider) as a shipping option?
