How to add product bio under images and update theme on Envy?

Hello,

We’re looking for a way to add a small product bio under the image of each product on the home and collection page.

Does any one know how this can be done?

Theme: Envy

We’re also wondering if anyone has a simplified way to update a theme version to the newest theme without having to rebuild the whole site on the newer theme.
