Without an actual explanation of the goal.. One has to assume this is an upsell app or customization plenty of existing posts on the topic found through research. Or it’s trying to replace select dropdowns or swatches with a checkbox UI.
As a customization that’s an advanced theme customization whose implementation details are beyond the scope of the forums if you have no work to show of your efforts so far.
