How to add promo images to product grid collection pages on Motion theme

Hi there,

I am wanting to add static images to the product grid on collection pages to promote certain collection or promos. I have seen this quite a lot on other sites. It is not a standard function on the Motion theme. Please can anyone advise on a specific code or app to help with this.
