How to add scrolling to a subscription policy popup in Dawn Theme?

So, I have a product which is a physical subscription box.

Under “more payment options”, sometimes there’s a paragraph showing up (I haven’t figured out why it only shows up sometimes, see picture attached) where you can click the subscription policy.

I’ve changed the text of the popup that shows up, under the policies section on the admin area. It’s under “Purchace Options cancellation policy”.

However, there’s no scrolling in the popup and the text goes beyond what you can see in the screen. Is there a way to add scrolling to that popup?
