How can I to do it like app or backend code.

In order to add “Ships in 48 hours” only at specific collection page like the sample page, you can customize the collection by using a page builder app. I would recommend considering the following options: PageFly, GemPages or Ecomposer.
- You can install them from your Store Admin > Apps.
- Customize your collection page to add the custom text you want.

This cannot be done with any app. You would need to add custom code to your theme.
It depends on the complexity of the requirement (whether you want to show the actual shipping time, or a fixed shipping time), the code will vary.
To know how to input custom code, the developer’d need to know what your current theme is.
I am using prestige theme and I want to add text or button only just one collection page in all the prodcuts below the prices.

It will be easier for me to come up with a solution if you can provide the URL of your store, the password, the theme you use, and also the specific collection page where you want to add the text Ships in 48 hours.
