How to add product size variant in collection page in dawn theme if size is in out of stock then it should strikeoff the size

You can add variants to the product in the admin panel
Select any variant, then uncheck the field.
The result
Cannot click ‘Buy It Now’ for variants with qty = 0

Like example, If the sizes which are not available that should be striken off and which are available it should shown in a minimal capital letter with no border
