So I added subcategories to my mega menu navigation. However on the search result page in the category filter I set up, the subcategories don’t show up. Does anyone know a way to add subcategories in this case?

Using the default filter code might not be able to bring the sub-categories as it is coded to act as a checkbox.
To enable the sub-categories you need to update the code for the filter.
For this, it is better to hire a Shopify expert if you don’t have deep coding knowledge of Shopify.
