Does anyone here integrate with drop shipper TopDawg?
I setup the integration and sync between Shopify and TopDawg no problem.
In TopDawg, I select my products and sync them with Shopify.
After the products sync, I export a product report (csv format) from Shopify.
When I add my tags in the CSV file and import to shopify, many duplicates are created and I’ve been told by TopDawg this will disconnect the integration / sync.
Has anyone figured out how to resolve this so I can add tags through an import in Shopify without creating duplicates and without interrupting the integration with TopDawg?
